Shipping & returns
What are the shipping costs?
For orders to Peninsula (Spain and Portugal peninsulares), the shipping costs are € 8.95, per order. For the Canary Islands or other European regions, the corresponding rate will apply.
Are refunds allowed?
Only returns of defective items due to our error or that fall within the category of accessories will be accepted, as long as the item is not damaged and comes in its original packaging, within a period of the first 15 days from the date of receipt (provided that the conditions that regulate the Law 47/2002 of ordination of commerce) are met. The costs of the return will be borne by the client, never by the company.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Call us at 965350038 or write us an email to email@example.com , as soon as possible, so that we can process the modification or cancellation with the fastest possible speed.
Our opening hours are from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
In how much time will my request be delivered?
As soon as we receive the order, we check that the items are in stock. When making the purchase, under "Add to cart", the availability of each product appears. In case there is a problem, we can contact you quickly to make the shipment as soon as possible.
Once checked, we confirm in payment (in case of credit card, transfer or PayPal) or the order itself (if it is cash on delivery, we will call you by phone to make sure everything is fine) and we will start preparing it so that it comes out as soon as possible possible.
We offer a delivery time of 24-48 working hours. In the examples below we explain the different cases that can be given:
- I place my order on Monday, before eleven in the morning.
The order is prepared that same day, and there is a 95% chance that it will arrive the next day, Tuesday (if you live in a large population), that is, in 24 working hours. The deadline for delivery would be on Wednesday (48 working hours)
The same system applies for orders made on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- I place my order on Monday, after eleven in the morning.
Since he does not have time to prepare him to leave, that request would count as done on Tuesday. Therefore, it would leave on Tuesday and arrive, with a 95% probability, on Wednesday (24 working hours). The deadline for delivery would be on Thursday (48 working hours)
The same system applies for orders made on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- I place my order on Thursday, before eleven in the morning.
The order is prepared that same day, and there is a 95% chance that it will arrive the next day, Friday (if you live in a large population), that is, in 24 working hours. As the transport companies do not deliver on weekends, the maximum delivery time would be Monday (48 working hours)
- I place my order on Thursday, after eleven in the morning, or on Friday before eleven in the morning.
The order would be prepared on Friday, and since the transport companies do not deliver on weekends, it is most likely to arrive on Monday (24 working hours) or, at the latest, on Tuesday (48 working hours)
- I place my order on Friday, starting at eleven o'clock in the morning, or on the weekend
The order would be prepared on Monday, and the delivery period would be applied as if it were Monday.
In the case of orders to the Balearic Islands, the delivery time is 48-72 h. For other regions of Europe, we would confirm this when preparing your budget. (In the case that the product is by order, the same conditions do not apply)

How do I send the order?
All orders are delivered by hand by the carrier, at the shipping address you indicate when placing your order. For this reason, shipments to post office boxes are not allowed.
- What happens if they do not find my house?
The transporter will go, usually during office hours, to the shipping address. If you have any problem finding the address, you will call the number you indicated when placing the order.
- What happens if I'm not at home, but someone else?
If there is someone to pick up the order, that person will receive the package and must sign the delivery note. If you chose to pay cash on delivery, you must also pay the entire amount in cash.
- What happens if there is no one at home?
If there is no one, the carrier will leave a notification with a contact telephone number. You can call that phone to arrange a new day and time for delivery.
- What happens if, when they return, there is no one?
If in the second attempt the transporter does not find anyone when going to deliver the package, you must pick up the order in the nearest office of the carrier (all provincial capitals have an office).
- Can I choose delivery time?
Although we can indicate in your order that you prefer to be delivered at a certain time, the transport agencies plan their own routes. They will try to adjust as much as possible, but we can not guarantee the exact delivery time.
